Our elegant, brand new, all season permanent ‘glass’ marquee wedding venue is purposefully positioned at the bottom of a hill in a natural valley surrounded by woods, trees, apple and pear orchards. Home to three different ceremony areas and with a capacity of up to 300 wedding guests, there is nothing quite like the Arboretum.
Once dusk falls, and the 360 degree views of our landscaped gardens and orchards fade into darkness, the venue lights up with thousands of fairy lights strung from trees, gazebos and foliage, making a stunning impact for your evening guests as they arrive and for you to enjoy while having ‘al fresco’ drinks on the lawn.

four unique ceremony areas
You are welcome to get married in one of four unique wedding ceremony areas. If you’re tying the knot outside, the first is our Lavender Walk Gazebo set at the end of a gorgeous long wedding aisle. The second is our tranquil Orchard Garden Gazebo situated behind the glass marquee which has breathtaking panoramic views of beautiful apple and pear orchards, rolling hills and bluebell woodland. For those wanting an inside ceremony (or in case the weather is inclement on the day) you can be married in either the inside ceremony area at the end of The Arboretum or you can hire our gorgeous barn venue for your ceremony to fit a rustic vibe.

Our chefs are inspired by The BarnYard’s homegrown and locally sourced ingredients, often organic. You are surrounded by
beautiful apple and pear orchards, the fruit of which are used in the various menus on offer. Included in The Arboretum Traditional wedding package is a 4 course sit-down wedding breakfast and an evening buffet style serving with various menus to choose from. Also included are canapès, a reception drink be it cocktails, mocktails, prosecco or beer, a toast drink and wine on the table.

The Bridal Dressing Room at The BarnYard is available from 9.15am from the moment our gates open and is exclusively yours until the moment you say “I Do.” This luxurious space is equipped with two modern getting ready stations featuring important LED lighting (good for selfies too!), huge mirrors, a fridge, a comfortable seating area, and a Nespresso coffee machine for added convenience.
You can also pre-order breakfast, lunch and ‘prinks’ directly from our restaurant, with waiter service available throughout your stay prior to your wedding.

Our stunning glass marquee wedding venue, offers a tranquil setting during the day and transforms into a magical wonderland as dusk falls. As the sun sets and the lights come on, thousands of fairy lights twinkle across the grounds and inside the marquee, creating a picture-perfect backdrop for your guests as they arrive. Your first dance takes place soon after, followed by LED disco lights illuminating the space as your wedding transitions into a celebration like no other. The evening of your life begins here, in The Arboretum.
