To also cover maternity leave for the Wedding and Events Manager from this summer.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred/highly advantageous. The right candidate needs to be friendly, calm, conscientious, work well under pressure whilst offering the very highest level of customer service, be determined and driven to ensure the business excels and be a team player as well as have excellent leadership, admin, computer and communication skills. Bar and wedding day experience is also beneficial as is knowledge of an events CRM booking system.

You must be able to:

Demonstrate good customer service skills

Be passionate about working to the highest standard, with strong attention to detail, within a growing fast paced business

Be keen to learn, progress and help to create the perfect customer experience

Be able to work 5 days out of 7 (occasionally one day a week from home) covering weekdays / weekends and occasional evenings.

Assistant Operations Manager

To work for the Operations Manager and with our existing Wedding and Events team.

The right candidate needs to be friendly, calm, conscientious, work well under pressure whilst offering the very highest level of customer service, be determined and driven to ensure the business excels and be a team player as well as have excellent communication skills.  Bar experience is essential and wedding day experience is also beneficial.  This is NOT entirely an office based role but generally a very hands on/manual position working (on shift pattern) to cover a wedding or event from morning set up right through to end of evening close down.  This is a very varied position.

You must be able to:

Demonstrate good customer service skills

Be able to manage and lead a front of house team

Be passionate about working to the highest standard, with strong attention to detail, within a growing fast paced business

Be keen to learn, progress and help to create the perfect customer experience

Be able to work 5 days out of 7 covering weekdays / weekends and evenings on a shift pattern in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
